Meet the Heroes

We are a highly trained group of fully certified Professional Fitness Trainers, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, and Nutritionists with over 25 years of health and wellness experience.

We are a team of fully certified fitness professionals and experienced therapist who tackle everything from complex large projects to smaller scale jobs. We go the extra mile to make sure our clients are completely satisfied with the work we perform.

Earl Newman

Founder and CEO

Earl R. Newman holds a degree in Electronics Technology and a B.A. in Religion and Theology. Over the past 30 years, Earl Newman has had a vested interest in the health and wellness industry. Of his many accomplishments, he has developed a physical fitness program for Naylor Road Private School in S.E. Washington, DC (1999 – 2002). Earl, under government contract, managed a group of military fitness trainers while being responsible for the overall operation of the fitness center for the Wounded Warrior Project at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. Earl is a former Metropolitan Police Officer for the District of Columbia. Since his career change, he has worked with a wide range of individuals, ranging from high-ranking army positions and officers to civilian personnel and persons with disabilities and prosthetics. Currently, Earl is CEO of Newman’s Contracting Services. As the visionary, he is passionate about, and committed to the overall wellness of the community. He has built a team of like-minded professionals who share his vision, drive and dedication to providing a multitude of health and wellness services for those in need.

Miles Newman

Chief Operating Office

Miles Newman is an experienced and passionate Health and Wellness professional, whose goal is to provide a better quality of life to every individual under his care. Miles is currently the Chief Operations Officer of Newman Contracting Services, Inc and also serves on its board. Prior to Miles’ position with Newman Contracting Services Inc. he served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps, as an Aviation Operations Specialist, where he was responsible for scheduling and dispatching tactical aircraft missions. He successfully served a tour in Afghanistan as the Operations Chief where he facilitated 3,000 mishap free combat flight hours. Miles has translated his leadership skills, attention to detail over from his Marine Corps Military Service, to his role in Newman’s Contracting Services, and he is fully committed to serving his community and creating a healthier society.

Jackie Hill

Director of Training and Technology

Jacqueline Hill completed her educational studies at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, Loyola University in Maryland, and Trinity College University in Washington, DC. She has been a public-school educator in the metropolitan area for 30 years. She is also a professional development facilitator who provides training and support on various topics and has special interest in showing others how to integrate technology in the workforce. Jacqueline is a certified Gallup Clifton Strengths Coach who is well versed in helping individuals, and teams to maximize their performance and productivity based on their strengths. She is currently the Director of Training and Technology with Newman Contracting Services Inc.

Angela M. Hutchinson

Director of Office Management

Angela M. Hutchinson is the Office Manager at Newman Contracting Services, Inc. leading the company’s organizational efficiency.  Angela has over thirty (30+) years of experience in Office Management working for the Federal Government.
She currently supports the operations of Newman Contracting Services, Inc in the Washington Metropolitan area and continues to support the growing needs of Newman Contracting Services.

Alisha M. Berry

Director of Operations

Alisha M. Berry is the Director of Operations at Newman Contracting Services, Inc leading the company’s organizational efficiency, strategic partnerships and maximization on staff productivity and welfare.

Jeff Sibert

Operations Assistant

Jeff Sibert is a graduate of University of Maryland – College Park, with a degree in sociology. Before joining Newman Contracting Services, Jeff began working as a direct support provider for adults with intellectual disabilities while in college. After graduation, he went on to teaching elementary school students, then worked as a family counselor before transitioning into government work along with his own entrepreneurial projects. He brings his experience, compassion, knowledge, business savvy and great work ethic to Newman Contracting in order to deliver results as a team player and provide services to others with the same values in mind.
